To book a treatment please call 01929 554888 / 552177

CANCELLATION POLICY

We require a notice period of 48 hours for Spa Days and 24 hours for all other treatments. A 50% charge will be made for bookings cancelled with less than the required notice, a full charge will be made for missed appointments.

TREATMENT TIME

In order for us to provide you with the best possible care we request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment time. A treatment consultation form will be completed prior to your first appointment and up-dated on subsequent appointments. It is vitally important that you inform your therapist if you are or suspect that you may be pregnant. Please ensure that you fully inform us of any medical conditions (or changes to your medical status) or if you are undergoing any medical treatment or taking prescribed medication.
